Hello everyone! Off-grid dream & beach ⛱️ here! We are renting our house in village Yunets, since 15.9. for long term rent. It is located at the end of the village, 50m from the forest, which goes 12km until Dolni Chiflik city. There are also 2 nearby lakes. The place is very sunny and warm as it is on a sunny hill and it is a calm village with different kinds of wildlife (we can hear frogs from our terrace or owl and many other animals from the nearby forest). We have been living here since 2022 during the whole year, but we are moving abroad due to work. It is 12km from Byala, the closest city with medical centres, shops and a stunning coast. Varna is 40km away. Our neighbours are great people, mix bulgarian and foreigners (mostly UK), we use to help each other. In the village there are no minorities. There is 112m2 of interior area + a terrace. The land is private and it is 600m2. There is also a greenhouse and parking spots right next to the house. The place is suitable only for people with car. The greenhouse and the garden can be used to grow your own food (we did it successfully throughout these years💚) The house is fully equipped and has furniture and 2 separate rooms with queen beds. There is 1 bathroom with a bathtube and a shower, and there is an extra toilet upstairs. It can comfortably accommodate 2 adult people or a family.The house is dog and kid friendly. It has 2 air-conditioners and a fire stove. The air-conditioning in the living room was replaced last week, so it is brand new. We are also giving extra wood for 1 month as a gift for the person who will rent the house. The price is 700€/month (only long term rent) and we will require 1 month deposit and a contract. We are okay if someone wants to register in the address it is not an issue for us. I am happy to provide additional information via PM.
