The apartment consists of one bedroom, living room with kitchenette, bathroom with toilet, closet/wardrobe, corridor and two terraces. The house is built entirely of bricks and has no plasterboard. All rooms are furnished with new furniture. The cooperative is built of 12 apartments and of a closed type with limited access, and there are permanent residents all year round. The pool opens from the end of May and can be used until the middle of September, and the maintenance fee is only 200 BGN (102 EUR) per year. The building is located on a calm and quiet street with the possibility of free parking. If you are looking for a quiet and peaceful place to relax and at the same time be close to the sea, but without the noise, then this is your apartment.
