In 2014, a museum of Novo Panicharevo was opened in an authentic house located in the center of the village.
Novo Panicharevo was an independent municipality until 1910, then it passed to Veselie, again independent, then to the Municipality of Sozopol and from 1997 to the Municipality of Primorsko.
The village is developing and beautifying, the proximity to Burgas, to the seaside resorts and to the Strandzha mountain give it the opportunity to develop as a villa village.
