ID 0409 - We present to your attention two adjacent plots with a total area of 15,578 square meters in the land of the city of Varna, Galata district, Varna municipality. The properties fall into the development zone OK (Resort areas and complexes) in accordance with the directive plan-scheme for a territorial structural unit, according to the project for the General Development Plan of the Municipality of Varna.
