We rent a small apartment in the town of Sveti Vlas near Marina Dinevi. The location is 200 meters from the sea and the marina in the most popular part of the city. The place is also close to the main road, which allows it to be used all year round. Public transport stops are also nearby. The building has a Permit for use since 2010. There is a private parking lot, which is used only by users of the apartments. It has excellent organized maintenance, controlled access, video surveillance, a swimming pool and very quick access to the sea and the port.

The apartment consists of a main room with a bed, a bedroom (a fridge, a washing machine and a kettle for heating water are available), a bathroom with a toilet and a veranda. The porch is very comfortable and big enough for use and relaxation. Separate lots for electricity (domestic) and water. Internet and TV with many channels to A1. Pets are allowed. It can be used by up to two people (there is a bedroom bed).

Package price from 01.06.2024. until 08.09.2024 - 3300 BGN.

If you wish to rent for individual nights for the relevant periods for 2023. the prices are:

From 01.01.2024 to 01.06.2024 - BGN 29 per night
From 01.06.2024 to 20.06.2024. - BGN 29 per night;
From 21.06.2024 until 04.07.2024 - BGN 59 per night;
From 07/05/2024 to 08/18/2024. - BGN 79 per night;
From 19.08.2024 until 09/08/2024 - BGN 59 per night;
From 09.09.2024 until 31.12.2024 - BGN 29 per night.
