Terms of hire:
For the winter period from October to May, the monthly rent is 350 BGN + a deposit of 350 BGN, which is returned after paying the bills and handing over the apartment in the form of its rental.
The autumn-winter period from October to the end of May is with a monthly rent of BGN 350 + deposit BGN 350. Electricity, water, TV are paid separately. Electricity is domestic!

The monthly rent for the month of June is 450 euros + prepayment of 100 euros for electricity and water.
The monthly rent for the months of July and August is 550 euros + advance payment of 100 euros for electricity and water.
For September 450 euros + advance payment of 100 euros for electricity and water.
The commission for the agency depends on the rental period.
