For your relaxing vacation, away from the noise, but close to nature and the sea, we offer a cozy, southern, two-room apartment! The apartment is located in the Petrovi House complex, right next to the newly opened Lidl store and only 600 meters from the beach. The complex offers and is suitable for people who want a real rest, without stress, to wake up in the morning to the chirping of birds, as it is located at the foot of Stara Planina, without construction and neighboring complexes, surrounded by nature. For the comfort of vacationers, there is a swimming pool, including a children's pool, a children's corner, a trampoline, refined green areas, as well as a parking lot in the complex, which has controlled access.
The apartment is fully furnished and equipped, has a living room with a den. box, with built-in electrical appliances, kettle, coffee machine, washing machine and air conditioning, with access to a terrace overlooking the pool. The bedroom is large, with an area of 20m2, in which a bedroom is provided for accommodation, and a second smaller bedroom for a third person or two children, also with access to the terrace. The apartment offers cable TV and fast WI FI. Parking is included in the price, via individual remote control!
