- 1600 BGN/810 Euros per month when renting the apartment for a minimum of 2 months in the period 01.04. until 30.11.

- 250 BGN/128 Euros per night when renting the apartment for a minimum of 5 nights during the winter season

The indicated price includes: rent of the apartment for one month/night, cable TV and WiFi and consumables (electricity and water).

A deposit of one month's rent is required, which is refunded upon departure and default.
