We offer to your attention a working family business in the heart of the historical town of Kalofer (400 m to the main square) - a working guest house with a tavern close to many attractions. It is a well-maintained guest house, developed in the field of eco-tourism, operating since 2007 with a tavern-style restaurant, a landscaped courtyard with places to eat and relax, a panoramic veranda, a storage room and a professionally equipped kitchen. The historical city is popular among Bulgarian and foreign tourists for its cultural heritage as well as its beautiful nature. There are many eco-trails starting from Kalofer - to Mount Botev (the highest peak in Stara Planina), to Paradise Splash (the highest waterfall on the Balkan Peninsula), a monastery, etc. Kalofer is also the home of one of the most famous Bulgarian poets and revolutionaries, Hristo Botev, as well as the place where the annual men's ice dance in the rivers of Tundzha takes place.

The house is built of a massive reinforced concrete structure. It consists of six rooms on three floors, a basement and three bathrooms with a bathroom on each floor. One of the bathrooms has a bathtub, the other two have a shower cabin. Separate rooms, studio and attic apartment in different colors and combinations are available for rent:
Double room with extra bed - includes a bedroom type bed plus a single bed, capacity up to 3 adults or two adults with a child;
Double room with a sofa - includes a bedroom type bed plus a sofa, capacity: two adults;

Attic apartment in purple with a bedroom, single beds and sofas. The apartment has two rooms, a private bathroom, a refrigerator (capacity: 7-10 people);
Studio in orange color with a double bed and two single beds (capacity: up to 4 adults with children). It has a kitchenette and a bathroom with a bathtub.

The total capacity of the house is currently approx. 20 people. Guests are offered cable TV and Wi-Fi internet access.

In the living room there is a built-in fireplace with a combustion chamber, an additional stove, working with pellets, is connected to them, a local heating system made of copper pipes and aluminum radiators is connected to them. The rooms have hotel furniture. The bathrooms are luxuriously furnished. The house has a solar panel on the roof that heats water in a special boiler and is also connected to the heating system.
