Rental conditions:

price per night - BGN 1,500 (does not change for the summer);
minimum 5 nights;
deposit in the amount of one night;
damage deposit in the amount of BGN 500 is paid in advance upon booking;
the change up to 7 days before check-in is with the return of the deposits;
the change in the period of less than 7 days - the deposit for the night is not refunded, only the deposit for the damages;
capacity 9-11 people;
no pets allowed;
there is an option for self-accommodation;
it is possible to rent the property year-round.
