The Palace has water, canalization and electricity. It is so near to the road that getting fiber cable internet should not be a problem, even though 4G is working perfectly as in the vicinity is the border-crossing station and customs. Originally the Palace was built as a Nursery. Much later, when the Hospital in the nearby Tran was opened, it was used as a Primary school. This is the most sunny location in the whole region. Fogs rarely cover this part of the mountains even in the winter. There is constant Municipal Police and Border Police presence in the area.
